Rule 30
Circumstances in which the appointment may be revoked
: The appointing authority may revoke the appointment in the following cases:-
(a)   If it is proved that he does not have the qualification as determined for the post concerned,
(b)   If the work is not satisfactory during the probationary period,
(c)   In case of non-participation in basic training or desertion,
(d) Failing in Basic Training twice consecutively,
(e) If the appointment letter is not received within the prescribed period.
